Buyer Protection

All orders placed through Josh V are protected by our policy: You have 24 hours after receiving your item to verify the order or file a Claim if there's an issue. During this time, the funds are held and not transferred to the Seller. You can verify your order in the "Your Purchases" section. If you don't verify the order or file a Claim within 24 hours of receiving the item, the order will be automatically considered as verified, and a Claim or refund will no longer be possible.

Return Process

Below are the steps for the return process:

  1. Submit a Claim: File a claim on Your Purchases page within 24 hours of receiving the item.
  2. Josh V Review: Josh V will review your Claim and get back to you with any additional questions or required photos. Once your Claim is approved, the Seller confirms the return.
  3. Print Return Label & Ship: Once the return is confirmed, we'll provide a return shipping label for you to print. Download it within 4 days and hand over the parcel within 5 days of downloading it.
  4. Receive Your Refund: Once the returned item has been delivered and checked, we'll refund the price of the item to your original form of payment. The original shipping fee is not refunded.

What if I don't like my item or it doesn't fit?

Below are your options:

  • An item that you simply don't like or that doesn't fit cannot be returned. Returns are only available through a Claim, when the item is not as described.
  • You can re-list it on Josh V and sell it to another buyer — just create a new listing.
You verify your purchase
Every time you buy with Josh V, you verify that the item is as described.
Get Bigger Payouts
When you sell on Josh V, you get 110% of your item's sale price in credit back to Josh V or 90% in cash.
